I use RunePack. It groups the runes in a logical way, and looks way easier to read than other rune displays.

I use Yury’s Rune Display (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/yrd.aspx). It does the job without a lot of excessive clutter.

for disease tracking I use Need to Know (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/need-to-know.aspx) works great with other classes too like rogues, locks, spriests, etc.

I prefer the combination of IceHud and OmniCC for the runes as well…but also uses MagicRunes to show the disease duration. Any recommendations for the disease trackers? :D

The use of IceHud also keeps a countdown on when your runes will be up, and combines a HUD, this way you don’t necessarily need another mod on top of it.

I use RuneWatch, but I prefer the compact skin as a space saver that still gives me all of the info I need. There’s a ss of it on WI’s site http://s.wowinterface.com/preview/pvw18209.jpg labeled as compact skin :)
